Refund policy

Refund and return policy :
We have a 7days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (brand new)that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@parts2ride.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1199 Grant st, Vancouver, BC ,V6A 2J7. In the email, you must include, full name, order number, reason for return and picture of the issue.Product shall be unused, undamaged, unscratched, clean in the original package and resell-able to be eligible for a return and refund. A 10% handling and re-stocking fee will apply to all eligible online order returns. Packing and shipping expenses (including free-shipping deals) are not refundable.
If your return is accepted, You can ship it to the address mentioned in the email and after inspection and confirming the product is in new condition, the refund on the unit will be done. NOTE: Shipping must be covered by clients and Company does not cover the shipping charges for any return unless the parts are defective. The refund on the parts that were purchased will be done between 5-10 business days and it will automatically be deposited back to your account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@parts2ride.com
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
If the product is used or more than 7 days, the product can not be returned for refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, containing lithium battery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and only cover the shipping charges. In some cases the company may agree to cover partial shipping charges if you are doing an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
